On normal occasions, we luv e-mail. But we don't like responding to 10 gazillion e-mails that ask the same thing. ^^;;; So...here is a guideline for you e-mailers out there. =D

                                                             


• Please read over the faq before e-mailing us. You might find the answer to your question there and save some time. :)

• It's easier to post a nonspecific question or comment on the bbs, so please don't send an e-mail saying something like "Wow, your art is great!" and expect a long response of some sort. ^^;;; We can't really say much except "Thank you~~". ^^;;

• Feel free to e-mail about commissions. Some guidelines are here.

• Be prepared to wait anywhere from 1 hour to 2 weeks for a reply.^^;;; (most likely it will be within a week), but don't rely on that...can never tell when some virus will wipe out our computers. =) If you don't get a reply within 2 weeks, try again or ask on the bbs. Chances are, it got lost or something...

• Feel free to e-mail about commissions. Some guidelines are here.

• Please do not send us any attachments. This is for many reasons: 1) we don't want to clog up our mailbox with too many hefty attachments, 2) We don't want to wait a millenium to receive mail due to a transfer of attachments, 3) (and most importantly) we are very wary of viruses. If you send an e-mail with an attachment, we will delete it without hesitation (no offense to you personally or anything). It's just much safer and easier to upload whatever you want to send up to some server and give us the URL~ ^^;

• Link exchanges: We DO NOT accept link exchanges. Sorry, but we simply don't have the time to update links that often. We've realized this through the year as link exchanges often get lost in the mail and people start to wonder why we haven't added their banners up yet..... ^^;;;

• NO SPAM. Please. Be kind. >P

• If you've got a general question and aren't sure who to direct your e-mail to, please don't e-mail both of us about the same thing. It gets confusing when we try to respond. Keep in mind to e-mail jul regarding all things about the website and e-mail mree about general art or art-related questions.
